There are new times for the League Age 11 year olds for January 20th.
If you have an 11yo, please make note of the updated times below.
January 20th at Cleator Field
League Age 13 (registered in Intermediate): Field 2 at 9:30am
League Age 12 (all) and League Age 11 (registered in Intermediates): Field 2 at 11:00am
League Age 10 (all) and League Age 11 (registered in Minors): Field 1 at 9:00am
League Age 8 and 9 (registered in Minors): Field 1 at 10:30am
League Age 8 and 9 (registered in CAPS): Field 1 at 12:00pm
League Age 6-7 (registered in CAPS): Field 1 at 1:30pm
Players must arrive 30 minutes prior to their assessment time.
Upon arrival, all players must check in at the table near the snack shack to turn in their paperwork and receive their assessment number.
All paperwork must be completed prior to arrival at assessments.

After check in, players should play catch with a friend or parent to warm up their arm.
No formalized warm ups will be done prior to assessments.
Players must bring their own glove, and should bring their own helmet and bat.
Loaner helmets will available at the Check In Table for players who do not own a helmet and bats will be available on the field.
Players should dress in either baseball or other athletic pants/shorts. Cleats are preferred, but sneakers are OK for players who do not own cleats or who have outgrown last year's cleats. All player should wear a baseball cap.
Paperwork Requirements:
Returning players who have completed district verification in a previous year:
Bring a completed Medical Release Form plus a copy of that completed form.
New Players or players not verified by the district in a previous year, please bring the following required documents:
A copy of the player's birth certificate (not the original)
A completed Medical Release Form
An extra copy of the completed Medical Release Form
Three Proof of Residency Forms OR School Enrollment Form (These documents will be kept by the league so please bring a copy of anything for which you want to keep the original.)

For Proof of Residency, please refer to the Residency Checklist. Make sure all residency documents are dated between Feb 1, 2023 and Feb 1, 2024.
If your player cannot attend either assessment date or is injured and cannot participate in assessments, you must contact the Player Agent at [email protected] prior to assessments to coordinate an alternate plan.
