Board of Directors Meetings


Board Meetings are held via Zoom on the third Thursday of each month.  During the fall and spring preseason, meetings are held at 7:00pm.  After the time change in the spring, meetings are held at 8:00pm in order to accommodate board members attending midweek games. 

All League Members such as parents, guardians, and players are invited to attend the Board of Directors meetings.  At the start of the meeting, League Members are allowed to speak for up to two minutes to bring up compliments or concerns that they may have.  Concerns which are deemed by the Board of Directors to be worthy of further discussion will be added to the following month's meeting agenda.  

Meeting agendas will be posted on this page about one week prior to each meeting.

July - No meeting in July
