Closing Ceremonies! June 4th at 10:30am

Hi Peninsula Little League Families -

Thank you all for participating in Peninsula Little League this season.
It's been a fun packed few months and now it's time to celebrate!

Closing Ceremonies
Saturday, June 4th at 10:30am
Cleator Field #2

With over 400 families coming to the fields, parking will be extremely limited.
Please carpool, walk, bike, or scoot.
Remember that there is alternate parking along Famosa Blvd and behind Field 4 in the vicinity of Valeta and Soto Streets.

Players should wear their team jersey and hat for closing ceremony (shorts are fine).
Each player will be given 3 tickets to be used for a free hot dog, hamburger, or cheeseburger.
Free food tickets must be used on Saturday 6/4. Grill will be open from about 10am-2pm.

After the ceremony, there will be several bounce houses, slides, and an inflatable obstacle course for the players to enjoy.
Teams are welcome to setup pop-up tents and have their post-season party at the park.
Kids are welcome to play wiffle ball or pick up baseball games on the fields after the closing ceremonies are complete.

The following will be recognized at Closing Ceremonies:
League Sponsors
1 Sportsmanship Award from each team
Tee Ball and Rookies Divisions
1st and 2nd Place for CAPs, Minors Gold, Minors Maroon, and Intermediate Divisions
1st Place for Juniors Division
Challenger Division
Home Run trophies players who hit out of the park home runs
Volunteer and Junior Volunteer of the Year
Volunteers who have helped the league through the years and now their child is aging out
Peninsula LL Board of Directors

When will All Star teams be announced?
On the evening of Saturday, June 4th, All Star Managers will place a sign in the yard/entryway of all players selected for their team.
On the morning of June 5th, an email will be sent to all players who registered for All Stars indicating whether or not they made a team.
All Star practices can begin as early as Sunday, June 5th.
